RETURN POLICY
Order Confirmation & Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order on the Confident Grace website, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Return & Refund Policy.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You understand and accept the conditions and timeframes described in this return policy.
- You agree to follow the return procedure as explained below if you wish to return an item.
- In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, this policy together with order records and communication history may be used as supporting documentation.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 days after delivery, provided the conditions below are met.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Only minimal inspection or handling of the item is permitted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, returns are generally processed within 7 business days.
Confident Grace reserves the right to decline returns if items show signs of misuse, excessive wear, or damage not caused by us.
How to Request a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@confident-grace1.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

In your email, include the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the product (required if the item is damaged or defective)
- Your full name and delivery address

- Wait for our customer support team to send you return instructions before sending the item.
- Please do not return products to the sender’s address without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until the return has been completed.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days after delivery by emailing info@confident-grace1.com and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
After reviewing the issue:
- We may offer a replacement product, depending on availability.
- In some cases, returning the defective item may not be necessary.
Replacement orders are usually processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order appears to be lost during transit:
- Please contact our support team with your order number and tracking information.
- We will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
If a package is refused at delivery, left unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect shipping address, a $35 CAD administrative and shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order Cancellations & Withdrawal
Customers may request to cancel an order within 30 days of receiving the item, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
However, because our order fulfillment process is automated, orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it once it has been delivered by following the return instructions above.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our support team first so we can resolve the matter quickly.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may provide the payment provider with relevant documentation, including:
- Order confirmation details
- Shipping and tracking information
- Email communication and supporting photos
Filing a dispute without contacting our support team first may delay the resolution process and may affect future purchasing eligibility.
Important Information
- All returns must be shipped to our central fulfillment warehouse in Asia, and shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Confident Grace is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
- For hygiene-related products, returns cannot be accepted if items are used or returned in unsanitary condition.
- Return shipping costs are not covered and remain the responsibility of the customer.
